How do I look after my Terrarium?
The good news is, all Terrarium pieces are made with artificial plants so they require no special care! Maybe just a quick dust once in a while.
Something broke in transit!
Oh no, that sucks! If something has come loose in a Terrarium piece, a quick bit of Super Glue should secure that back into place in no time. Obviously, if there's a more serious breakage, get in touch and I'll try and sort something for you.
I saw you at an event, why is everything more expensive online?
When vending at an in-person event, we don't need to worry about shipping fees, extra packaging or going to the post office compared to processing an online order. Our website prices have a buffer in them to ensure those costs are covered and your basic shipping is sorted.
Do you offer returns?
We do not offer returns at this time.
